How do you confirm you have received my order?
Immediately after you place your order, an email acknowledging your order will be sent to you, If this has not been received please call 01697352458 and we will arrange for a copy to be sent.
What sports and pastimes do you supply?
We supply most sports and pastimes available, check the list and we will convert the trophy to your sport and pastime.
How is VAT shown?
The prices can be viewed inclusive or excluding GB VAT. Within the checkout procedure you will see the VAT content separately.
How will I know when my product is dispatched?
If your order as been shipped using one of the major carrier companies, you will be sent you an email and or SMS with your shipping consignment number along with a link to track or trace it.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo. JCB, V-me and Discover. (BACS payments and cheque payments, once a price request has been accepted (UK only). Special Account Customers: due to how vat is rounded up there may be a slight difference in the price request email and the official Sage accounts package invoice if supplied.
How much is engraving?
The majority of trophies have a £1.00 engraving charge with no limit of letters or words
How much engraving can I put on my trophy?
As much as you would like. But bear in mind the amount of engraving depends on the product. If you are unsure, please feel free to speak to one of our sales staff.
How long will my order take to process?
Option 1 – upto 8 working days, Option 2 – upto 6 working days. The days shown are your order turn-a- round times and are based on WORKING DAYS only and are Estimated and NOT Guaranteed. We state “upto” We tend to ship out a lot quicker than stated, we just have to cover ourselves if issues arise from our importers or shipping agents. Be aware that some silverware, pewter ware, personalised centres, and personalised ribbons will take slightly longer to process and make take longer to deliver.
UK Off-Shore means if the order has to be carrier over water within the UK – This will include Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Isles, Scottish Islands including Isle of Skye (sorry) etc. There a different order turn-a- round times to choose ranging from 4 working days to 8 working days with different prices. Please ensure you select the correct option as this may affect your lead-time if the order is in a rush. These services are not guaranteed 100% as it requires transport over water and is weather dependant. We reserve the right to use alternative courier companies to delivery GB off shore.
All UK Offshore order will be dispatched using either one of the Royal Mail services available or a shipping company. The option to “leave somewhere safe” or “leave with a neighbour” will not be offered for these delivery options. If in the event no one is available to sign for the parcel the parcel will be return it to the nearest delivery depot and it will be your responsibility to arrange for a re-delivery or retrieve the parcel.
All EU The lead-time of your order will vary dependant on the delivery destination. Option 1 10-13 working days. Please be aware that the order turn-a-round options and are based on WORKING DAYS only and are estimated and NOT guaranteed. If we encounter any problems with your order one of the staff will notify you.

Do you offer any discounts?
We do strive to offer our clients a quality product, with good service at a genuine price. We feel that the prices we show are honest and fair, unlike other stores who ‘inflate’ their prices so discounts can be given. Occasionally we do send out marketing emails and Social media features which have a discount code for use on our website. (This excluding 30day account customers.)
