UK ORDERS

Lead-Time and prices for UK Mainland

There are two options available. Option 1,  orders – takes up to 8 working days. Option 2,  orders – takes up to 5 working days. The days shown are your order turn-a-round times and are based on WORKING DAYS only and are Estimated and NOT Guaranteed.  Be aware that some silverware, pewter ware, personalised centres, and personalised ribbons will take slightly longer to process and make take longer to deliver, please call for further information. Prices are from and are subject to GB VAT

*UK mainland orders will be dispatched using one of the Royal Mail services or a shipping agent and a signature will be required or can be left with a neighbour. Please note:- The driver cannot leave your order “behind the house” or “in garage” etc.

If in the event no one is available to sign for your order – small parcels will be taken to a local Post Office (within 3 miles radius) and you will be able to collect from there. Larger parcel are returned back to the delivery depot and await further instructions and you will be responsible to arrange for a new delivery slot. A calling card will be left or a SMS message sent.

Lead-Time and prices for Scottish Highlands and UK offshore Islands

UK Highlands and Island means the order may be carrier over water within the UK – Prices are from and are subject to GB VAT – This will include  Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands including Isle of Skye etc. Posts codes within the Highland and island section include postcodes ranging from KA27-28; IV1-39; PA20-80; PH18-26; PH30-42; ZE1-3, KW1-17, HS1-9; IM1-9; TR21-27; PO30.41.

Prices are from and are subject to GB VAT

HM FORCES ORDERS

HM Forces orders are shipped by Parcelforce using our standard option service only and the order “may take up to 8 working days”. The order will be sent using the BFPO service supplied by Royal Mail/Parcel Force and shipped to the London BFPO Depot. Please note our terms and conditions are as per UK mainland customers and only apply to the BFPO depot in London. Once your order has been delivered to the BFPO depot in London we will deem the contract between you, the customer, and ourselves complete. It will be your responsibility to track and trace your consignment from there on. We are aware that some BFPO addresses are subject to Free BFPO Postage (up to 2 Kilo’s); in this situation, we will charge an admin fee of £5.00 to cover packaging and admin. Please call for more details prior to ordering. Prices are from and are subject to GB VAT. We are aware some departments of the British Forces are exempt from VAT and in this case we will need a copy of the Certificate of VAT Exemption, (this is issued by a procurement officer). The goods being purchased must be for British Forces official use and not private use.

CHANNEL ISLES

The lead-time of your order is normally within 5 to 10 working days depending on the order option chosen. If we encounter any problems with your order one of the staff will contact you. Please note: some silverware, pewter ware, personalised centres, and personalised ribbons will take slightly longer to process and make take longer to deliver.  OnlineTrophies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or substantial loss (all three of which terms include, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of business, economic loss, depletion of goodwill and related loss) , damages, costs charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the Goods shipped to your shipping destination. EU ORDERS

Prices vary from country to country. Prices are excluding GB VAT. The recipient of the goods is responsible for any VAT, fees and import duty. These are levied at the time the parcel clears customs. We are not responsible for additional charges, these are solely the responsibility of the recipient. As customs policies vary widely from country to country, OnlineTrophies. has no control over these charges. It is your responsibility to contact your local customs office for further information. OnlineTrophies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or substantial loss (all three of which terms include, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of business, economic loss, depletion of goodwill and related loss) , damages, costs charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the Goods to GB mainland, GB offshore, British Forces, EU and non EU clients (even if caused by OnlineTrophies negligence), nor shall any delay entitle you to terminate or cancel the purchase of the trophies, unless such postponement exceeds 60 days.
