Prices
All Prices shown include VAT
Alterations
We reserve the right to alter prices and specifications without prior
notice. However in the event we have to substitute your trophy we will
try to either upgraded or substitute with a trophy of the same price and
quality.
Descriptions
All heights and descriptions are approximate and are not subject to a
guarantee of accuracy.
Engraving
We have over 30 years of experience in engraving and the engraving is
Free of Charge to a large amount of the trophies on the website without
limitation to amount of words/letters and we reserve the right to set
out the style and size of the engraving - however some trophies within
OnlineTrophies are chargeable - these include glassware, silverware nickel
plated cups, Stainless steel hip flasks, pewter items, medals and acrylics.
We have included an engraving information box next to the products to
insert your engraving details. Please take care when entering the engraving
information because if you have given us the wrong information or made
a spelling mistake(s) and the order has been engraved, and a need for
amending/altering, a charge will be charged (from £4.00 per engraving).
Payment
All payment transactions are by credit/debit card and are taken on the
day of dispatch and the information you will see on your statement will
be Millennium Awards Limited. However we reserve the right to process
urgent orders, Printed ribbons and order with a ASAP requirements before
dispatch day. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Visa Electron & Maestro,
as well as corporate cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express
cards.
Returns
In the event of a customer not requiring the order once received the items
must be returned in a re-saleable condition and restocking of unwanted
goods will be credited less 25 %. Please note any trophy which as been
engraved. Engraved medals, glass, crystal, acrylic, Silverware, Pewterware
and custom items cannot be returned.
Shortages
Shortages must be notified in writing or by email within 3 working days
of delivery
Breakages/damaged goods
Breakages and damaged goods must be notified in writing or by email within
3 working days of delivery and you must send photographic evidence and
include your Onlinetrophies account ref, and order reference. OnlineTrophies
will arrange any returns if needed.
Discount Day Promotion
All trophies on the website will be reduced by a set % for a set period
designated by OnlineTrophies. The original retail price will have a strike
through and the new discounted price will be shown next to the price.
The discount will be shown on the invoice/receipt. We reserve the right
to omit some items from Discount Day promotion. Once the promotion has
ceased the site will be set back to the full retail price. There will
be no discount given to carriage, or any engraving charges if applicable.
Delivery
Normal delivery is normally within 7 - 12 working days. However during
the peak of the season this could be longer. If there is any problem with
delivery one of the staff will contact you. Once your order is ready for
despatch you will receive an email stating that your order as been despatch
etc. If in the event you do not receive your order within 48 hrs (working
days) you must contact us. Please note: Any silverware, pewter ware and
acrylic will be slightly longer to process and make take longer to deliver.
Carriage - UK Mainland
OnlineTrophies only use carriers to ship all our trophies and awards and
the delivery charge is £8.50 per order UK Mainland only. However
if your online order is over £100.00 the carriage is free of charge
(UK Mainland only). In special situations we reserve the right to used
different means of dispatch (Royal Mail Special delivery) and the Postage
and Packaging WILL be chargeable irrespective if the order is over £100.00.
OnlineTrophies use a reputable carrier company, APC (http://www.apc-overnight.com/about.php
) who will respect your order from collect to delivery. APC has been carefully
selected to deliver all of OnlineTrophies client's orders, however when
receiving goods via the carrier, please check the contents of the parcel
before signing the carrier's delivery note. Or alternatively sign the
note "unchecked". The carrier company only delivers during business
hours Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm). Unfortunately we are not able
to specify the exact time.
A signature will normally be required by the delivery company, so if
you are not going to be in to receive it, please state this NOW with details
of which neighbour it can be left with, or with an alternative works address.
We can also tell the delivery company to leave it safely on your premises
(in a Porch, Garage, Greenhouse, Shed, Wheelie bin (don't forget bin day
though) etc), but this is at your own risk.
Once again please state this on the order form where it would be best
to leave your purchase.
If APC tries to deliver your order and there is no one in they will try
to leave your order with a neighbour and then will put a card through
your door telling where the parcel is. If for some reason your parcel
is not delivered, please call the telephone number on the calling card
to arrange for a new delivery slot. It is then up to you to arrange for
it to be re delivered within a certain post coded area. This does not
cost anything for a second attempted delivery to the same address but
must be done within 3 days. We can re-direct the package to a different
address once it has left us at a further charge of £8.50.
If in the event you fail to arrange your delivery via a new date and
subsequently the order is no longer needed we will arrange to the goods
to be returned and a credit will be issued to the customer less a 25%
admin charge plus all the delivery costs. Please note: once we receive
a confirmation of delivery (signature name) from the carrier company we
deem the order transaction is completed.
Please note: Your order cannot be delivered to PO
boxes.
Carriage - UK Offshore
UK Off-Shore means if the order has to be carrier over water within the
UK - Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Scottish Islands etc. Please use the
appropriate description when selecting carriage choice at the checkout.
This is a 3-6 day service from dispatch date, however this is not guaranteed
100% as it requires transport by boat and is weather dependant.
Carriage - Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland
We can ship your order to Northern Ireland (all BT Post Codes) via road
service. This is a 3-6 day service from dispatch date, however this is
not guaranteed 100% as it requires transport by boat and is weather dependant.
Up to date prices are shown during checkout.
Carriage - Overseas
We only supply trophies to the UK market.
British Forces
We can supply the forces with trophies and awards via the BFOP. All the
prices will be Inclusive of VAT. If however you feel that you are exempt
from GB VAT, we will need to see a copy of the VAT exempt certificate
and also the order must be for the use of the British Forces. The order
must be placed by an Official Procurement Agency for the force, such as
the NAFFI or a regimental purchasing Officer.

British Forces Carriage
All force orders are “Price on Application”. Please contact
us before ordering for a guide price on the carriage, as the order has
to be weighed before a full price can be given. The order will be sent
using the BFPO service supplied by Royal Mail/Parcel Force to the London
BFPO Depot. We are aware that some BFPO addresses are subject to Free
Postage (up to 2 Kilo’s); in this case we will charge an admin fee
of £5.00 to cover packaging and time taken to post office (15 miles
round trip). Please note our terms are UK based and only apply to the
BFPO depot in London. Once your order is delivered to the BFPO depot in
London we would deem the contract between you, the customer, and ourselves
complete. It will be your responsibility to track and trace your consignment.
Education establishments and Local Governments
We accept purchase orders from Education and Local Governments please
call for further details.

In the rare event of a complaint, please contact us immediately by telephone
or by e-mail (please see our contact details)
and we will do our up most to resolve the problem.
Acceptance of these terms and conditions
The placing of an online order denotes the knowledge and acceptance of
these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to occasional inform
