UK ORDERS

Lead-Time UK Mainland

Standard Orders - may take up to 8 working days.  Express Orders - may take up to 5 working days. Urgent Orders – may take up to 4 working days. The days shown are your order turn-a-round times and are based on WORKING DAYS only and are Estimated and NOT Guaranteed.  Be aware that some silverware, pewter ware, personalised centres, and personalised ribbons will take slightly longer to process and make take longer to deliver, please call for further information.  Please note: Onlinetrophies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or substantial loss (all three of which terms include, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of business, economic loss, depletion of goodwill and related loss) , damages, costs charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the Goods to GB mainland, GB offshore, British Forces, EU and non EU clients (even if caused by OnlineTrophies negligence), nor shall any delay entitle you to terminate or cancel the purchase of the trophies, unless such postponement exceeds 60 days.

Lead-Time UK Offshore

UK Off-Shore means if the order has to be carrier over water within the UK – This will include Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Isles, Scottish Islands including Isle of Skye (sorry) etc. Standard Orders - may take up to 8 working days.  Express Orders - may take up to 6 working days. Urgent Orders – may take up to 4 working days. The days shown are your order turn-a-round times and are based on WORKING DAYS only and are Estimated and NOT Guaranteed.  Please ensure you select the correct option as this may affect your lead-time if the order is in a rush. These services are not guaranteed 100% as it requires transport over water and is weather dependant. We reserve the right to use alternative courier companies to delivery GB off shore. All UK Offshore order will be dispatched using one of the Royal Mail services available and a signature will be required. If in the event no one is available to sign for the parcel the Royal Mail representative will return it to the Royal Mail delivery depot and it will be your responsibility to retrieve the parcel.

Prices and VAT

All prices are shown in GBP (Great Britain Pound) and include GB VAT.

AT will be shown separately on the invoice at the GB prevailing rate to all GB dispatched orders.

Payment

All online payment transactions are by credit/debit card or PayPal and are processed by RBS WorldPay. Please click here (http://www.rbsworldpay.com/shopper/index.php?c=UK ) for further information regarding Word Pay.  The transaction information you will see on your statement will be OnlineTrophies.co.uk. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Visa Electron, Maestro, Discovery, V.me by Visa and PayPal. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express cards.
We accept payment via cheque or BACS only after an official quote has been accepted, please note, this method could delay the delivery of your order, please email or call for further details.

Shipping Information - UK Mainland

OnlineTrophies makes every effort to ensure that your order arrives with you on or before the delivery option you choose during the checkout. We cannot take responsibility for late or failed deliveries arising from incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer or incidents of force majeure that effect the courier company. Please be aware that the order turn-a-round options and are based on WORKING DAYS only and are estimated and NOT guaranteed.
For orders £5.00 and under we will dispatch your order using one of the Royal Mail services available. If in the event the consignment can't be delivered the Royal Mail representative will leave a calling card and return it to the Royal Mail delivery depot and it will be your responsibility to retrieve the parcel.

For orders above £10.00 we will dispatch your order using our chosen carrier company which use the Predict and Follow My Parcel services, you will receive an one hour delivery window via SMS and/or email, and you will also be able to track the progress of the consignment and the drivers name on real time maps. There is also an additional option to  change the delivery address, upgrade the deliver (extra cost involved), leave the parcel somewhere safe or collect it from the local delivery depot. All delivers are made during business hours Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm). A signature will be required by the delivery company. Your order cannot be delivered to PO boxes.

As with all delivery companies, when receiving goods, please take time to check the contents of the parcel before signing the delivery company's note or hand held machine. Or alternatively sign the note "unchecked".

If there is a delivery issue and you fail to arrange a new date and subsequently the order is no longer needed we will arrange to the goods to be returned, a credit/refund will be issued to the customer less a 25% admin charge and ALL delivery costs. Please note: once we receive an Acknowledgement of Delivery from the courier company we deem the order completed.

Free UK Shipping

If your trophy order is over £200.00 on the Standard Order service the shipping is free of charge (including UK offshore) and this will be automatically calculated in the checkout area.

Returns & Refunds (UK)

Refund and Returns Policy

Should you wish to return an item we will be happy to exchange or refund it within 14 days of delivery? The 14 days start after you have received your ‘Order Acknowledgement Email.

Please contact us for information on how to arrange for a return.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the item(s) are returned in a non-saleable condition or are damaged.

Please ensure the goods are repackaged in their original packaging. Until the collection has taken place you will be required to keep the item in the same condition in which it was delivered. Once a delivery has been made and the 14 day approval has expired, refunds and exchanges can only be given in accordance with your legal rights.

Refunds will be credited to the card used for the original payment.

THIS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS RELATING TO FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS OR YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDERS UNDER THE CONSUMER PROTECTION (DISTANCE SELLING) REGULATIONS, FURTHER DETAILS OF WHICH ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE LOCAL TRADING STANDARD DEPARTMENT OR CITIZENS ADVICE BUREAU.

Cancellation policy

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, you have up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order (other than in respect of trophies made and/or engraved to your specification clearly personalised eg personalised engraving on the body and/or base of any silver plated and/or nickel plated cups, personalised engraving on to glass, personalised engraving to acrylic trophies, custom made trophies, personalised activity centres, engraved medals or personliased printed ribbons unless the mistake is the fault of OnlineTrophies).
 Any delivery charges will be refunded, however, if only part of your order is cancelled, the delivery charge will not be refunded.

Shipping to EU

OnlineTrophies will ship your order via specialist shipping agent, the shipping price will be in GBP and will show in the drop down box in the shopping basket. We cannot guarantee any delivery times with this service

Free European Shipping

If your trophy order is over £200.00 on the Standard Order service the shipping is FREE of charge (to specific European destinations, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxemburg, Monaco, Netherlands, Spain and Poland) and this will be automatically calculated in the checkout area.

Returns & Refunds (EU)

How to return

To return your order via your local postal service, please follow the instructions below:
If a product is faulty or damaged, customers must email OnlineTrophies Customer Services to arrange a refund before posting the goods back. OnlineTrophies Customer Service team will advise you of the method to return the trophy order.

Repackage the product into the original packaging.

Complete a returns letter and enclosed in your parcel, indicating your reasons for the return.

Affix a Returns Label to the outside of your parcel.

Take the parcel to your local postal service and obtain a proof of postage

Refund Policy

If you wish to return a product* you have purchased you may do so providing you cover the postage costs and the item is unused and in a saleable condition. Returns must be made within 28 days of receipt. If the product returned is not in fully saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Where a product is faulty or damaged we will refund the original delivery charge and the cost of returning the goods via your local postal service up to a maximum cost of 3.50GBP per kg.

Shipping to Rest of the World

We supply to customer residing outside the EU (Rest of the World) however we reserve the right to omit certain countries. All website prices shown are GBP including GB VAT. If your shipping destination country is outside the EU the shopping basket price will automatically change to show the prices ex vat . OnlineTrophies will ship your order via specialist shipping company however we cannot guarantee any delivery times with this service, Please be aware that you may be liable to import duty at the entry country and you will be responsible for the charge.

General Information

Alterations

We reserve the right to alter prices and specifications without prior notice. However in the event we have to substitute your trophy we will try to either upgraded or substitute with a trophy of the same price and quality.

Descriptions

All heights and descriptions are approximate and are not subject to a guarantee of accuracy.

Engraving

We have over 30 years of experience in engraving and the engraving is Free of Charge to a large amount of the trophies on the website without limitation to amount of words/letters and we reserve the right to set out the style and size of the engraving - however some trophies within OnlineTrophies are chargeable - these include some glassware, silverware nickel plated cups, Stainless steel hip flasks, pewter items and medals. We have included an engraving information box next to the products to insert your engraving details. Please take extra care when entering the engraving information because if you have given us the wrong information or made a spelling mistake(s) and the order has been engraved, and a need for amending/altering, a charge will be charged (from £3.50 per engraving).

Supplying the British Forces

British Force orders are shipped using our Standard Orders service only and the order "may take up to 5 working days". The order will be sent using the BFPO service supplied by Royal Mail/Parcel Force and shipped to the London BFPO Depot. Please note our terms and conditions are as per UK mainland customers and only apply to the BFPO depot in London. Once your order has been delivered to the BFPO depot in London we will deem the contract between you, the customer, and ourselves complete. It will be your responsibility to track and trace your consignment from there on. We are aware that some BFPO addresses are subject to Free BFPO Postage (up to 2 Kilo's); in this case we will charge a nominal admin fee of £5.00 to cover packaging and admin. Please call for more details prior to ordering.

Shortages//Damaged goods/Mistakes

Shortages and breakages must be notified by email within 3 working days of the delivery. All correspondence must supply your order ID number. If needed, OnlineTrophies to will arrange any returns. Do not send the goods back to OnlineTrophies unless told so and this will be at your expense – OnlineTrophies will not reimburse you.

Discount Voucher Code

You may use your Discount Voucher Code for any trophy purchases on the website. Enter the code in the Voucher code box, refresh the page and a discount will be applied and shown . There is no limit to the number of times a voucher code may be used, and it is transferable within the set time scale stated on the promo email. After the set date has elapsed the code will become obsolete.

Education establishments and Local Governments

We accept official purchase orders from Education and Local Governments please click here to apply for an account.

Complaints

In the rare event of a complaint please contact us immediately by e-mail (please see our contact details) and we will do our up most to resolve the problem. Please do not return the order unless told to do so.

Acceptance of these terms and conditions
