Lead-Time
The lead-time of your order is normally within 3 to 7 working days depending on the order. However during the peak of the season this could be longer. If we encounter any problems with your order one of the staff will contact you. Once your order is ready for dispatch you will receive an email stating that your order has been dispatch etc. If in the event you do not receive your order within 48 hrs of this email (working days) you must contact us. Please note: some silverware, pewter ware, personalised centres, and personalised ribbons will take slightly longer to process and make take longer to deliver. Onlinetrophies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or substantial loss (all three of which terms include, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of business, economic loss, depletion of goodwill and related loss) , damages, costs charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of the Goods to GB mainland, GB offshore, British Forces, EU and non EU clients (even if caused by OnlineTrophies negligence), nor shall any delay entitle you to terminate or cancel the purchase of the trophies, unless such postponement exceeds 60 days.
VAT
All prices shown include GB VAT.
VAT will be shown separately on the invoice at the GB prevailing rate to all GB and EU dispatched orders.
VAT will not be charge to export order (non EU).
Alterations
We reserve the right to alter prices and specifications without prior notice. However in the event we have to substitute your trophy we will try to either upgraded or substitute with a trophy of the same price and quality.

All heights and descriptions are approximate and are not subject to a guarantee of accuracy.
Engraving
We have over 30 years of experience in engraving and the engraving is Free of Charge to a large amount of the trophies on the website without limitation to amount of words/letters and we reserve the right to set out the style and size of the engraving - however some trophies within OnlineTrophies are chargeable - these include some glassware, silverware nickel plated cups, Stainless steel hip flasks, pewter items and medals. We have included an engraving information box next to the products to insert your engraving details. Please take extra care when entering the engraving information because if you have given us the wrong information or made a spelling mistake(s) and the order has been engraved, and a need for amending/altering, a charge will be charged (from £3.50 per engraving).
Shipping terms - GB Mainland Only
OnlineTrophies use a reputable carrier company APC who will respect your order from collect to delivery. APC has been carefully selected to deliver all of OnlineTrophies client's orders, however when receiving goods via the carrier, please check the contents of the parcel before signing the carrier's delivery note. Or alternatively sign the note "unchecked". The carrier company only delivers during business hours Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm). Unfortunately we are not able to specify the exact time. OnlineTrophies makes every effort to ensure that your order arrives with you on or before your date required time by using a recognized courier company APC, OnlineTrophies cannot take responsibility for late or failed deliveries arising from incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer or incidents of force majeure that effect the courier company.
A signature will normally be required by the delivery company, so if you are not going to be in to receive it, please state this NOW with details of which neighbour it can be left with, or with an alternative works address. We can also tell the delivery company to leave it safely on your premises (in a Porch, Garage, Greenhouse, Shed, Wheelie bin (don't forget bin day though) etc), however this is at your own risk. Please state this on the order form where it would be best to leave your order. Your order cannot be delivered to PO boxes
If the delivery driver attempts to deliver your order and there is no one in they will try to leave your order with a neighbour and then will put a card through your door telling where the parcel is. If for some reason your parcel is not delivered, please call the telephone number on the calling card (0800 37 37 37) to arrange for a new delivery slot. It is then up to you to arrange for it to be re delivered. This does not cost anything for a second attempted delivery to the same address but must be done within 3 days. We can re-direct the package to a different address once it has left us at a further charge of £8.50.
If in the event you fail to arrange your delivery via a new date and subsequently the order is no longer needed we will arrange to the goods to be returned and a credit will be issued to the customer less a 25% admin charge plus all the delivery costs. Please note: once we receive a confirmation of delivery from the courier company we deem the order completed.
Free Shipping GB Mainland Only
If your trophy order is over £100.00 the shipping is free of charge (GB Mainland only) and this will be automatically calculated in the checkout area.
In special situations we reserve the right to use a different means of dispatch (Royal Mail Special delivery) and the Postage and Packaging WILL be chargeable irrespective of the value of the order.
Shipping - GB Offshore
UK Off-Shore means if the order has to be carrier over water within the UK – This will include Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Isles, Scottish Islands including Isle of Skye etc. Please use the appropriate description when selecting carriage choice at the checkout. This is a 3-6 day delivery service and may affect your lead-time if the order is in a rush. This service is not guaranteed 100% as it requires transport by boat and is weather dependant. We reserve the right to use alternative courier companies to delivery GB off shore.
Supply and Shipping to EU
We supply to customer residing within the EU. All prices are GBP including GB VAT and all overseas orders will be charged in GBP. OnlineTrophies will ship your order via specialist shipping company, The shipping price will be in GBP and will show in the drop down box in the shopping basket. We cannot guarantee any delivery times with this service.
Supply and Shipping to Outside the EU
We supply to customer residing outside the EU however we reserve the right to omit certain countries. All website prices shown are GBP including GB VAT. If your shipping destination country is outside the EU the shopping basket price will automatically change to show the prices ex vat . OnlineTrophies will ship your order via specialist shipping company however we cannot guarantee any delivery times with this service, Please be aware that you may be liable to import duty at the entry country and you will be responsible for the charge.
Supplying the British Forces
OnlineTrophies can supply the British Forces personnel with trophies and awards shipping via BFPO. All the prices will be Inclusive of GB VAT. If however you feel that you are exempt from GB VAT, we will need to see a copy of the VAT exempt certificate and also the order must be for the use of the British Forces. The order must be placed by an Official Procurement Agency for the force, such as the NAFFI or a regimental purchasing Officer.

British Forces Carriage
British Force orders are charged at £16.50. The order will be sent using the BFPO service supplied by Royal Mail/Parcel Force to the London BFPO Depot. We are aware that some BFPO addresses are subject to Free Postage (up to 2 Kilo’s); in this case we will charge a nominal admin fee of £5.00 to cover packaging and time taken to post office (15 miles round trip). Please note our terms are UK based and only apply to the BFPO depot in London. Once your order has been delivered to the BFPO depot in London we will deem the contract between you, the customer, and ourselves complete. It will be your responsibility to track and trace your consignment from there on.
Payment
Our site is SSL secured and certified by SecurityMetrics. All online payment transactions are by credit/debit card and are processed the details at our offices Between the order day and dispatch and the information you will see on your statement will be OnlineTrophies.co.uk. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Visa Electron & Maestro. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express cards.
We accept payment via cheque or BACS only after an official quote has been accepted, please note, this method could delay the delivery of your order, please email or call for further details.
Returns
In the event of a customer not requiring the order once received the items must be returned in a re-saleable condition and restocking of unwanted goods will be credited less 25 %. Please note any trophy which has been engraved. Engraved medals, glass, crystal, acrylic, Silverware, Pewter ware and custom items cannot be returned.
Shortages//Damaged goods/Mistakes
Shortages and breakages must be notified by email within 3 working days of the delivery. All correspondence must supply your order ID number. If needed, OnlineTrophies to will arrange any returns. Do not send the goods back to OnlineTrophies unless told so and this will be at your expense – OnlineTrophies will not reimburse you.
Discount Day Promotion
All trophies on the website will be reduced by a set % for a set period designated by OnlineTrophies. The original retail price will have a strike through and the new discounted price will be shown next to the price. The discount will be shown on the invoice/receipt. We reserve the right to omit some items from Discount Day promotion. Once the promotion has ceased the site will be set back to the full retail price. There will be no discount given to sale items, special offers, deal of the day, carriage, or any engraving charges if applicable.
Discount Voucher Code
You may use your Discount Voucher Code for any trophy purchases on the website. Enter the code in the Voucher code box, refresh the page and a discount will be applied and shown . There is no limit to the number of times a voucher code may be used, and it is transferable within the set time scale stated on the promo email. After the set date has elapsed the code will become obsolete.
Education establishments and Local Governments

Complaints
In the rare event of a complaint, please contact us immediately by e-mail (please see our contact details) and we will do our up most to resolve the problem. Please do not return the order unless told to do so.
