These are some of the regular questions we have been asked
from clients
How do you confirm you have received
my order?
Immediately after you place your order, an email confirming receipt of
your order will be sent. However if your server is AOL, by default, AOL´s
Spam guard has been known to block confirmation emails from being received.
Please add onlinetrophies.co.uk to your White List before completing this
order.
What sports and pastimes do you
supply?
We supply most sports and pastimes available, check the list and we will
convert the trophy to your sport and pastime.
The prices seem a little cheap.
Is VAT to be added to the prices?
All our prices shown on the website include VAT. Other stores show their
prices excluding VAT then add it on when you check out, which we feel
is misleading.
How will I know when my product
is despatched?
Later this year we will send you an email with the consignment number
and you will be able to track or trace it.
What methods of payment do you
accept?
We accept Visa, Visa credit, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro Dom, Solo
and Visa Electron.
How much engraving can I put
on my trophy?
As much as you would like. But bare in mind the amount of engraving depends
on the product. If you are unsure please feel free to speak to one of
our sales staff.
How long will my order take to
process?
Generally it is 7 days from the order date but during the high season
the lead-time could extend to 12-14 days. Please note that silverware,
Pewterware, glass and acrylic trophies may take a little longer. However
we do ask you to enter a "required for " date.
Do you offer any discounts?
Unfortunately no, but we do strive to offer our clients a quality product,
with good service at a genuine price and we feel that the prices we show
are honest and fair, unlike other stores who have 'inflated' their prices
so discounts can be given. |
